I actually think he has a point. It wouldn’t matter in this case but it does seem they should hear a case to set a precedent somewhere.

There seem to be a lot of questions around this and what the Constitution actually means and that’s the Court’s job.

He wasn’t dissenting to overturn the election (despite what some of the media have reported) but to hear the case for future elections.
