Went to the Karlovy Vary Film Festival in the Czech Republic. Flew into Prague and went directly to Karlovy Vary which was 2 hours-ish away.
Scheduled a day and a half after the festival in Prague for myself. For the half day I was there I wandered by myself, but for the full day I signed up for one of those umbrella walking tours because I figured it was the best way to see all of the tourist spots in one day.
Met up with a group of women who were also on the tour and we hung out together and ate dinner after the tour. Found out that they were the flight crew for my flight back to the US the next day.
When I showed up at the airport the next day, I had been upgraded to first class. A transatlantic flight is definitely the flight to hit the upgrade jackpot on.
