Two major conglomerates are under so much debt that I don't understand how they're still around.

They are AT&T (WB) and Comcast (Universal). I don't see any of the major platforms folding, but maybe ownership changing. Maaaaybe some consolidation? Do we need both AMC+ and Discovery+?
