ST Chefs - so, i'm making ribs for the first time ever this weekend and it will have to be in the oven.

i've read a few recipes and they all seem to call for about 45-1 hour cook time at about 350*. but i thought the way to get ribs really falling-off-the-bone tender was to cook them really slowly at a low temp?
help!

more like 325 for 3 hours. and are you using a dry rub? if so let it sit marinating overnight -- nm
