I found out that since its a legal business, that our City can not prevent him if he meets all the requirements...

And I should have been more positive about the ammunition business. From his information he did say, he was really only wanting to sell ammunition to guns clubs rifle owners (mostly farmers). Its not like hes wanting to export it to third world counties where the ammunition is going to be used for AK 47's.

The City would have lots of requirements for fire control though.
