I’m not sure how you fix it. Pre-edit the show by really taking a hard look at what’s actually important enough to even make it to the table? Try to get everyone to tighten their responses. (You’re still often repeating each other’s points, btw.)

I know I’ve been critical of the product. But I also really love it and listen to every episode. And obviously I know burn out is real. So yeah...
