Yeah they talked about that as well. The makeup of the population in cities is going to shift along with the prices. -- (edited)

There will still be people in New York and San Francisco, for example, but it's going to be different people. The people that were paying premium prices to be close to work will leave and be replaced by a new generation at a lower price point.
