My favorite view was standing on top of Pikes Peak and seeing how small Garden of the Gods looked and then driving to GotG and seeing these huge rocks

We did it in the opposite order, but yeah. I do not, otoh, recommend going up pikes peak less than 24 hours after being at sea level. -- nm
