Do you have a sense of whether it's because they don't trust people to wfh, or they find checking in from desk to desk is faster?

My guess is that there's a real dichotomy in efficiency loss for WFH in some areas vs. others and they don't want to deal with it. -- nm

I think that the loss of productivity is in part due to people. like tarra on my team is great at WFH but sheri is terrible.
