Our previous CEO tried to stop the trend towards flexible and remote work. It....didn’t work out well. -- (edited)

In regards to the current situation, it’s certainly not theoretical for our office, which will no longer exist by the end of June. People will either be going full remote, or have a hybrid desk share scheme (two days in office, three days wfh). TBD which one I’ll do.
