I think that the loss of productivity is in part due to people. like tarra on my team is great at WFH but sheri is terrible.

because they're in the same profile, I either need to call them both back to work or call neither back to work.
I hate that I have to make tarra come to work because sheri lacks discipline, but those are the rules.
