... work done. Snow removal, building repairs, etc. He is from Michigan and is "amazed how little you guys do down here!".

For example, the above mentioned contracts are one page. My own management contract is three pages in length. The lawn-care for this village is also three pages.

He just sent me the "basic contract" he would like. Basic, as in the part that does not spell out any details of work to be done. It is *nine* pages long.
