I would suggest calling your insurance to get some recommendations. I just did this a few weeks ago. They gave me a few options, I looked

them up and chose one.
The insurance was able to see if they were accepting new patients without me having to cold call each doctor's office.
You should get on this if you're having some issues. Don't assume it's nothing or just from being home for a year. Please.
