So far, after sitting in it for about half an hour: it's fantastic. Seriously.

The build is absolutely solid, assembly was easy (they offer written and video instructions), and it's easy to adjust.
Very comfortable as well. I mean, it's not quite as comfortable as an Aeron or Mirra chair, but it's a very close second. And for less than half the price (new), I'm rather pleased so far.
I managed to time the purchase right, I think. I'd been looking at getting one of these or a used Aeron. tRuMaN mentioned they were having a sale on some of the branded chairs. I signed up, put one in a shopping cart, and then closed out the browser. A few days later, I got a email offering 20% off for a first time purchase, so ...
