It's not strictly a copyright, but there is a related claim: misappropriation of name and/or likeness.

Essentially, you might have a claim that he is using your name, likeness (e.g., a photo or description of you), or both without your permission. If he is using your name in the context of being a sponsor, supporter or promoter, or if he's just using it to generate revenue in some way, you could have a legal claim against him.
