Effin' renters. Guy is trying to find someone to takeover his lease. He is offering $600 cash to do so. We are getting calls from SO many people

Typically I do an entirely new lease with the people. That way they answer to me, and it gets him out of the lease entirely.

in state college (college town), mgt companies charge btw $50 and $200 to do a re-lease. you find the tenant, you pay the mgt co to reassign lease. -- nm
