I use that too for acute inflammation-related pain. Naproxen is good too and lasts but takes longer to ramp up IMO.

Acetaminophen is no good for inflammation but is great for nerve pain, headaches, etc. It also has a mild anxiolytic effect, which is a nice bonus.
