"I received my lease renewal in the mail and the renewal rate is for the same monthly rent of $2900 that I pay currently. With rental rates down across the city, including in this building, we need to get that rent lowered. I know that the studios are currently going for 1600 (down from 2100) and the one bedrooms (which I'm in) for 2500 (down from 2900). How do we get the lease amended to 2500/month rent?
