this is a new building, but this is where prices are heading here. $925 for a bed in a five bedroom. that's $11k per year in rent alone. add food and utilities and ...

Certainly. We are a bit fortunate my son has chosen a cheaper route. We pay about $400/mo for his basement rental with 2 friends (plus food)
