That seems insanely cheap for a brand new interchange. For contrast, here's this project to rework 6.5 miles of I-5 in Orange County - JD Mar 23, 11:52 2
- It's probably all empty farmland where they're putting it in -- nm - decline Mar 23, 11:55 1
