I was a closeted fan.

I always loved his music, but I was often afraid to admit it.
And I was *just* reading the backboards! Yay for you! Anyone who can sit through late-70's Danish cinema is a complete keeper.
I thought about saying that I hope things turn out for you two infinitely better than what happened between me and the guy I met who was (and, oddly enough, I think still is) my ideal puzzle-piece match. But that would be too easy to surpass.
So, instead, I'll say "glad tidings, safe travels, and longevity." ;-)
