Been avoiding the doctor for quite some time. Finally went, got a whole battery of blood tests done. (warning; massive overshare)

"PSA or prostate-specific antigen is 0.871 very low and in the normal range. Normal range is 0-3.4. Total cholesterol however is 282 quite elevated. Triglycerides 247 also elevated should be less than 150, LDL bad cholesterol 181 elevated it should be 80 or less and your HDL good cholesterol is 51 which is the only normal value. You are going to need to take a cholesterol-lowering medication such as atorvastatin. Your blood counts are completely normal no evidence of infection or anemia. Metabolic panel shows normal electrolytes, normal calcium, normal kidney and liver function. Your sugar is slightly high at 103 it should be 100 or less. Just need to cut out some of your sugar or carbohydrates. Exercise helps your cholesterol and your sugar. I did put in an order for atorvastatin you need to come back in 1 month and recheck your cholesterol. "
