if you look at the history of urban development projects, urban 'renewal' its structure built on bulldozed minority communities.

from freeways that blocked off minority areas like a concrete fence, sports stadiums built on homes of a poor but thriving center, wedged between polluting industry and the smelly landfills,
and you know that area is blighted and full of crime, we should develop it into a shopping mall, a university, a football stadium, no an airport.
