No amount of machine learning can convert a blog post to a Tom Scott video, for example. Even a Now This video is carefully crafted and tuned for the medium.
All of which is to say, I'm sorry, although the problem intrigues me, I will be of no help in this search - for I haven't seen anything of that nature.
