They make so much profit outside of the small cities they can't cry about profits as the reason they don't expand to small population areas.

It shouldn't be on the people of America to pay that bill. If those companies want to operate as they do today then they should be made to reach everyone and not just those that bring them profits.

I'm all for government action to do a lot of things but these things seem like something those companies should be paying for and not the people.
