At work, inclusivity is a major priority, and part of that is respecting people's preferred pronouns (and not making any assumptions). I include my pronouns in my signature as a way to normalize it (have been told that this is a helpful way to be an ally). These are small things we can do to show support.
(And we need to accept the new grammar - it's part of this.)
