themselves. Back in the early 80's Springsteen could have claimed that title. Born in the USA was huge. Married a model/actress. He just never felt compelled to separate himself from people. Last year I was at horse show with my kids and Springsteen was sitting a table away from me (his daughter is a top rider). No entourage, no bodyguards. You could walk up to him (only a few bothered him). That posture of dealing with people has never really changed. Can you imagine the King of Pop like that?
