My GP sent me to my cardiologist. I have Peripheral Arterial Disease. This means plaque builds up in my leg arteries and makes walking tough & sore

at times. no it is not problematic yet but over time it may well be. the first sign was the middle toe on my right foot getting purple, swollen & sore. It then went to the 2 toes on it's side. Deep heating rub is helping to keep all the symptoms at a minimum level. No I could not wear shoes on my right foot for most of this year. One way to help prevent/slow down this, is for me to start walking a lot more each day.

I DON'T LIKE EXERCISE. WHY CAN'T I GET A BRAIN TRANSPLANT INTO NEW BODY????? :((((
