Get it another time. Right now they don't need the customers like other locally owned business do. They're going to open a huge store here soon

and are doing fine.
It's not about their food at all. It might be great. Try it in a future visit or on a trip somewhere else. It's all about trying to keep the locally owned places alive right now after the worst year ever.
