It can happen when the foreground has additional lighting (like one of those metallic film reflectors), but I'm 99% sure it's real

Faking the shadows and keying out the floor around feet is pretty difficult, I don't think it would be worth the hassle for a video of a guy dancing.
I think it's just a video of a guy with extra lights, dancing on hard blown-out white snow, on a non-windy day
