I get your argument, but I don't think they go all in on this if it wasn't for the fact that it's a view shared by the majority of republicans too.

Yes, 100% agreement on everything never happens, but if this was a more polarized electorate on this issue I don't think you'd see a wide swath of corporations reacting this way. Some would speak up, but broader (and coordinated) action would be unlikely.
