so now I'm trying to learn how to ID them and how to report them to our local amateur spotter map. I even dug up my binocs. There is a window of only about 30 seconds to spot it and grab a photo. Yesterday was fun, I think I got 5 photos and missed a ton. This morning I've been up for two hours and NOT ONE FRIGGING BIRD has passed. What is this, no-fly Friday? Now that I said that, maybe there is a temporary airspace closure because it's DC and they do that sometimes for POTUS and other reasons.
Anyway, my WFH desk is at the window, I'm on the 9th floor with a great skyline view, so I figure as long as I'm here anyway, I might as well be useful.
