Dollars to donuts, he got fired for refusing this. Isn’t it common to say everyone’s in agreement to walk away?

They flat out said he was terminated. As well as everyone else. It’s pretty clear it was more to the story than a tuned-out coach. You still have right-hand men to take over. They turfed *everyone* because they said fuck it too.
