I started playing MLB The Show 21 tonight. It looks great and I like the gameplay. But it seems to be missing the ability to play

a full season as your favorite team. They have multiple game modes but none seem to let you just play a season.
You can play an exhibition game as your favorite team but there's no season leading to the playoffs and the world series. Unless I'm missing something.
There's a lot that I don't understand, especially all these cards.
I just want to play as the Yankees for a full season but that doesn't look possible. *shrug*
