I'm glad I spotted it. The number is not inaccurate, just meaningless.

This is a study reporting on the discharging of patients with multidrug resistant UTIs on a continuing course of antibiotics. The author reports on the five antibiotics with longest mean duration of use and #1 happens to be this lone case of oxacillin. Another of the top five is an average of 2 patients. I don't flag a lot on these paper reviews -- I defer to the docs most of the time since their names go first -- but yeah, we don't want to put that nonsense in there.
