Ok. How about this one? Not exactly strictly shaved ice as the toppings aren't syrup -- (edited)

So that's a super fluffy, rather expertly stacked? mounded? of shaved ice. Like take a block or a round of ice and run a razor across it (shave it) and you end up with this super small pieces of ice. Way smaller than crushed ice.
In the picture, the toppings, sauces have yet to be poured on top. As this was the least coffee of the offerings at this coffee bar, the dark one is a cross between espresso and simple syrup (well at least that's how I remember it) and the other is condensed milk.
When small amounts were poured over that mountain of ice and air, it compacts slightly and one gets this sensation of cool and coffee and sweet and milk and it's light and not like eating ice cubes or a snow cone.
As my dad and I worked our way through that, we realized that reason for the coffee-ish thing and the condensed milk on the side was so that it didn't just turn into some super melted diluted version of water and the toppings.
