I think Chase probably has the highest grade since Amare Cooper but he might even be close to AJ/Julio from 2011.
I never understood it, but Sammy Watkins had that kind of grade, too. Justin Blackmon was close. So, it’s rare air, but it doesn’t guarantee success. I’d have him behind Julio and AJ but ahead of everyone else. I think he is the next Larry Fitzgerald.
