long range shot now that it makes more sense to take the 3 than a mid range shot. You may be more open but your percentage isn't so much higher that it's worth taking the mid range shot.
Everyone can shoot the 3 from little guys to big men. It's changed the game, whether good or bad is another argument. But no team wants their shooters stepping inside the arc to shoot unless they're going to the basket.
