She’s not very good. Of course 2014 and 2020 are going to have different turnouts ... off-elections are usually terrible turnout.

Here’s the vote totals for SC races since 2012 in thousands
2012 -President 1,964
2014 - Senate 1,215
2016 - President 2103 / Senate 2049
2020 - President 2513 / Senate 2515.
Now, we know 2020 was a heavily motivated electorate on both sides. We also know based on every Senate poll other than Georgia being wrong by 5-8 points, that people hatedTrump but may not have wanted to give Biden a big Senate majority...so it’s not farfetched that Trump/anti-Trump got 2.5m voters out and they voted to protect GOP senators.
She doesn’t say anything about 2014 being an off year. That’s terrible.
