I don't think that's it (in a broader sense), though I could be wrong. I don't think the purchaser gains access to any revenues from the use of the

image going forward. Just the one specific "first" image. So I think it's more like buying a painting. The artist can still make prints and sell them, but the purchaser owns the original painting. It's just that in this case it's not physical and is indistinguishable (other than by the blockchain) from any other production of the print.
