Don't overpay at Best Buy or similar. Look at Monoprice, find one that suits your need, they'll all be fine

They're small pieces of metal, they're not worth $99, especially if they're not articulated. 2 of my TVs are on articulated arms so I wanted to make sure they would not sag too much, but for simple up/down angle, they'll all be fine.
Also, don't put it too high!! Your eyes should be at about 1/3 of the top of the screen
