This is the mount I got 2 years ago, and I've been incredibly happy with it. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued.

But I'd definitely go with one like this. I wasn't inclined to get a full motion mount, but I'm so, so very glad I did -- rather than just a fixed mount or tilt-only.
