Very nice deal! I did most of my camping for concerts and sports outside a video rental store that had a Ticketmaster machine inside.

It was deep into Brooklyn so not a popular location for people to be. I'd usually be outside with about 20 others while if you were in the city at Tower Records it would be a huge line going around the block.
