Here's a fascinating one: the IPL cricket league in India has shut down. It was a bubble league this year.

According to the accounts I'm reading, Murphy's Law was in full effect, which led to an outbreak within the bubble. But the way they ran it reinforces how lucky MLB got last year.
Bubbles that allow travel just don't work as a rule.
