All I read and hear is how rents are low and dropping but I'm not seeing it when I look at apartments. Prices are pretty much back to where they were

Oh yeah the drop already happened in rents, and NYC is back on an upswing. To take advantage moving was needed late summer 2020. -- nm

What we're hearing is that people are moving from NY and California and using cash to pay for the cheaper homes here.
