I can't be sure, but my complex had 3 units listed and 2 are no longer listed. I think they both sold, and if so, it happened in under a month.

*if* they sold. It's very unusual for realtors not to put up some kind of sold sign - but maybe it's a bylaw quirk for our complex.
Selling in under a month is unprecedented.
