Not at any of the Targets I know of. They're usually a whole section of them right next to the registers. But they stopped carrying Star Wars cards - Edward Havens May 5, 14:56
Our local store has them in the toy department just hanging from pegs. I dont think there enough room any any place they can "lock them up" - Walt_Disney May 5, 13:47 1
