From earlier in the stream, I saw they reported each SN test vehicle costs about $2 million, which is surprisingly cheap.

But that's with just 3 Raptor engines and missing a lot of amenities needed for comfortable crewed launches. The final form of Starship will have close to 30 Raptors and can carry around 100 people to Mars.
Capacity will be higher for the point to point use case, say Chicago to Tokyo, etc.
