the pigment powder I need besides mostly used on cars, is also in finger nail polish. here is a link to an etsy search. I'm sure several of these can make an interesting shift to some of your paintings. I have no idea what variation of all the colored pigments & paints will fit your vision. IF you want a care package from me, [I have to buy the stuff by the pound, and it takes 1/2 lb. to electrostatic the powder on the lightsaber], you'll have to mix the dry pigment with a liquid. care package will include 4-6 powders, about 2 tablespoons of any one, in separate baggy.
