I think I became aware of it maybe 4-5 years ago and I think it's kind of epic as a local fest. It's a bit unwieldly for someone doing it as a -- (edited)

destination event but I'd like to go if there's a particular weekend that has a concentration of bands I want to see or better yet if I can go for 10, 11, 12 days and go for two weekends and hang out the time in between.
Even with the travel, I think that would end up more financially realistic than going to both weekends of Coachella
